Signing of the Cooperation Agreement for the Management of Tinjil Island

The signing of this Cooperation Agreement marks a strategic step in strengthening collaboration among institutions to support the management of Tinjil Island as an area that facilitates research activities, conservation efforts, and the advancement of scientific knowledge.

The signing of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the management of Tinjil Island between BMTI, Perhutani, and LRI-TM (International Research Institute – Advanced Technology) / PSSP was held on Thursday, April 2. This activity represents part of the effort to strengthen synergy among institutions in managing the Tinjil Island area as a facility that supports research activities and the advancement of scientific knowledge.

Through this cooperation, the parties are committed to optimizing the use of Tinjil Island as a research site that is managed professionally and sustainably. The management of the area is expected to contribute to supporting various research activities, particularly those related to biomedical sciences, health, and the advancement of other scientific fields.

In addition, this cooperation also emphasizes the importance of area management that continues to consider conservation aspects, environmental sustainability, and the implementation of proper operational standards in every research activity conducted.
