This Educational Partnership Program is designed as a bridge for collaboration between the academic world and industry, particularly in the fields of Contract Research Organization (CRO) and laboratory animals. Through this program, undergraduate and vocational students from IPB have the opportunity to be directly involved in a professional work environment, learn laboratory operational standards, and understand the application of ethical principles and animal welfare in preclinical research.

This program supports the development of both technical and non-technical competencies of students through observation, practical activities, and project-based learning covering laboratory animal management, maintenance techniques, preclinical research procedures, scientific documentation, and the application of 3R (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement) principles. In addition, students are also introduced to quality systems, biosecurity, laboratory occupational safety, and research governance based on national and international standards.

Through this partnership, it is expected to create a sustainable synergy between educational institutions and industry in developing competent, work-ready human resources with a strong scientific and ethical understanding in the fields of biomedical research and CRO services. This program represents a tangible contribution by the company in supporting the advancement of knowledge, improving graduate quality, and strengthening the research ecosystem in Indonesia.
