At BMTI, every research activity is overseen by an independent ethics committee to ensure compliance, scientific integrity, and maximum protection. Animal Ethics Committee (Animal Ethics Committee / Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee – IACUC) of PT BMTI is an independent body responsible for assessing, supervising, and ensuring that the use of animals in research, testing, and education is conducted ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable regulations for ongoing research at PT BMTI.

This committee ensures the application of the 3R principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement), animal welfare, and the production of valid and reliable research.
